Do you offer free surveys and quotes?
Yes. For residential projects we provide a free, no‑obligation home survey across our service area. After the visit you’ll receive a written proposal with clear options and a fixed price for whichever package you choose.
How long does installation usually take?
Most boiler upgrades are completed within a single day. Split‑system air conditioning installations typically take 1–2 days depending on access and pipe runs. Larger heat pump or whole‑home projects can take several days; we’ll confirm timings before you commit.
Will there be much disruption or mess?
We work carefully to minimise disruption. Our engineers use dust sheets and shoe covers, protect work areas and clean up thoroughly at the end of each day. Noisy works are discussed in advance so you can plan around them.
Do you arrange all the paperwork and certifications?
Yes. We handle Gas Safe notifications, manufacturer warranty registrations and, where relevant, F‑Gas and MCS documentation. You’ll receive digital copies of all certificates once the job is complete.
Can you service and maintain systems you didn’t install?
In many cases, yes. We regularly take on servicing and maintenance for existing boilers, AC systems and heat pumps. After an initial assessment we’ll advise you on the most appropriate maintenance schedule.
